The nylon barrier that we use in our Coex bottles is one of the
best in the world.
Our nylon provides much higher Oxygen barrier than any commercial
nylon in the market, thus provides longer shelf life and protect the
quality of the stored product.
The nylon that we use has solved the problem of the (distorted
bottles) due to its high oxygen barrier.
One of our major quality concern is leak testing. One leaking bottle
can cause a damage to a big lot of bottles.
For this reason we had our machine connected to a leaking testing
device, which tests every bottle before packaging. Any leaking or
misalignment in any bottle will be rejected automatically and thrown
away from the production line. |
